Reporting content

Send reports to support@olith.app with:

1. Your name and contact details, and who you represent.
2. The work you believe is infringed.
3. The share link or project where the content appears.
4. A statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised, and that the report is accurate.
5. Your physical or electronic signature.

What we do

1. We acknowledge the report within 5 business days.
2. If the report is complete, we turn off the share links that expose the content and notify the uploader.
3. The uploader can send a counter-notice explaining why the content is authorised. If they do, we may restore access after the waiting period the law requires, unless the reporter tells us they have started legal action.
4. Accounts that repeatedly upload infringing content are closed.
